Go to: www.baptisthealth.net/meded, or the "In This Section" links box at right, and select CME Calendar & Online Registration. Enter your search criteria and click Display Activities.

How do I register?
1. Click on CME Calendar & Online Registration.
2. Enter your search criteria and click Display Activities.
3. Click the Register button next to the course you selected. If the Register button does not appear next to the course name, online registration is not available for that course. Please click on Details for brochure, which will provide registration information.
4. Enter your User ID and click Sign in. If you do not have a User ID, click Create an Account.
5. If you entered an existing User ID, your information will auto-populate. Please confirm that your information is correct.
6. If you are a New User, please enter your information. Once your account is set up, you may proceed with the course registration process.
7. Select a fee from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page.
8. Click Continue. Remember to print your confirmation for your records.
9. If applicable, an Activity Payment form will be emailed to you. Print it and send it via mail with payment information to Baptist Health South Florida, Medical Education Department, 8900 N. Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33176; or via fax to 786-596-0951.
10. Be sure to click Continue at the bottom of the screen until you return to the CME Calendar and Online Registration page. If you do not reach the CME Calendar and Online Registration page at the end, your registration may not be fully processed.
11. You will receive one email to confirm your registration and to provide you with the activity payment form.

How do I view a course brochure/flyer online?
Select CME Calendar & Online Registration. Enter your search criteria and click Display Activities. Click the Details button next to the course for which you’d like more information. Acrobat Reader is required to view the brochure.

How do I get a list of the CME activities I attended at Baptist Health?
For a record of courses attended:
1. Select CME Transcripts.
2. Enter your User ID, which is an eight-character combination of the first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your SSN.
3. Enter your desired date range and click Display Transcript.
4. Click Printer-Friendly Version to create your official Baptist Health South Florida CME Transcript.

How do I obtain another copy of a certificate for a course I attended?
If you require a hard copy of the certificate, please email your request to the Registrar at meded@baptisthealth.net.

How do I update my personal information?
Go to: www.baptisthealth.net/meded and select CME Profile. If you already have a User ID, enter it and click Update Profile. If you need to create a CME Profile, click Create an Account.

Can I register by phone?
You can register over the phone only for conferences that do not have a fee. Call our registration line at 786-596-2544.

Can you accommodate my special needs? What is the process for informing Baptist Health CME Office that I have a special need?
Please check the appropriate field on the registration page, and we will contact you to determine your specific requirements. NOTE: We should receive this notification no less than two weeks prior to the conference date.

How many credits must I complete to maintain my licensure?
Physicians licensed in the State of Florida must complete 40 hours of continuing medical education every two years as required by the Florida Board of Medicine. For more information, please visit: http://www.fmaonline.org/education/default.asp Physicians from other states should refer directly to their State Board of Medicine or Medical Association.
The Florida Board of Psychology requires that each licensee complete forty (40) hours of continuing psychological education every two years. For more information visit http://www.doh.state.fl.us/mqa/psychology/psy_ceu.html.
