Baby's First Year: A Stress Management Group for New Moms
New moms and their babies attend sessions together. Supportive sharing is fostered among the mothers. Interactions to facilitate mother-baby bonding are encouraged. Breastfeeding Discussion Group
Provides education and support for breastfeeding mothers prior to delivery as well as after. Women's Health Resource Center, 8950 N. Kendall Dr. #105, 10-11:30 a.m.; 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
