South Miami Heart Center’s Heart Failure Support Group – Supporting Hearts
Support group for patients and families that meets monthly to help people recognize risk factors, signs and symptoms of heart failure. It also helps educate people living with or at risk for heart failure how to change their diet and activity levels to improve their health. Victor E.
