Our physical examinations include an important follow-up component. Your examining physician will send you a comprehensive report outlining areas that may require attention with recommendations for ongoing care or treatment. The report will include additional information on preventive health, disease management and medications, if indicated. In addition, you will receive copies of your test results and consultation reports. If you wish, we will also send the information to your personal physician.
