e-Notes for patients is a service of Volunteer /Auxiliary Services. E-Notes for patients are meant to convey messages of concern, comfort or congratulations to loved ones who are patients in one of Baptist Health's hospitals. E-Notes/e-mail related to conducting business, or that contains questionable content or solicitations, will not be delivered. Baptist Health representatives reserve the right to review all messages sent using the e-Notes service and determine in their sole discretion whether an e-Note is appropriate for delivery to a patient, and whether it will be delivered. Baptist Health assumes no liability for this e-Notes service, the contents of messages to patients, and your use of this service.

Acceptance of an e-Note or e-mail through our website does not mean that the intended recipient is or ever has been a patient at a Baptist Health hospital. We are not able to transfer messages to patients who have been discharged. Because of our commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, we cannot either ensure or tell you whether your e-Note or e-mail was delivered or received.
