The International Services Department offers:
Assistance with documentation needed for visas and other immigration requirements. We work closely with numerous consulate offices in Miami to ensure that visitors meet entry and exit requirements to the United States.
Discounted room rates at local hotels close to Doctors Hospital.
Ground transportation to and from the hospital.
Financial counseling that includes arrangements for bank wire transfers, insurance verification and pre-authorization.
Referrals to local air ambulance companies for patients requiring emergency air transportation to and from the Caribbean and Latin America.
Referrals to professional translating services for English translation of Spanish or Portuguese documents.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Collect calls are accepted. Our bilingual staff is dedicated to assisting patients with any questions they may have. Messages left on the voice mail are promptly returned.
