E-mail related to conducting business, or that contains questionable content or solicitations will not be delivered. Baptist Health and its representatives reserve the right to review all messages sent using the e-Notes service and determine in their sole discretion whether an e-Note is appropriate for delivery to a patient, and whether it will be delivered. Baptist Health shall have and assumes no liability for this e-Note service and the contents of messages to patients and your use thereof.

Acceptance of an e-Note or e-mail through our website does not mean that the intended recipient is or ever has been a patient at a Baptist Health hospital. We are not able to transfer messages to patients who have been discharged. Because of our commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, we cannot either ensure or tell you whether your e-card or e-mail was delivered or received.
