Baptist Health South Florida has entered into a sole GPO affiliation with Premier, Inc. We intended to participate fully on all of Premier’s committed contracts, across all entities of Baptist Health South Florida.
We are happy to accept your Vendor Registration with the understanding that unless your company has been awarded a Premier contract for product lines which are contracted by Premier as a sole source, multiple source, required or on an optional basis, the possibilities of our doing business are limited. Baptist Health South Florida will not consider any side deals, stand-alone contracts, individual hospital contracts, off group contracts or other similar agreements for product lines or individual products covered under the Premier committed program.
We are aware there are many areas of procurement for products and services that are not covered by Premier’s agreement. We will be glad to consider your company for these opportunities.
