Upon arrival at our facility, you will receive your own "International Guest Welcome Card" that will entitle you to diverse discounts and benefits within our hospitals. These include:
- Medical Information Center
Providing guests with a library of informational videos and literature on most medical conditions, treatments and support groups and services. Customized Internet searches are also available. Conveniently located on-site at Baptist Hospital at the Women's Health Resource Center in the lobby of the Baptist Medical Arts Building, East Tower, 8950 N. Kendall Drive. - Spiritual Needs
Interdenominational spiritual support is available through our Pastoral Care Services. Our staff chaplains represent various faiths, including the Catholic, Protestant and Jewish religions. Chapels are conveniently located at:
- Baptist Hospital: east of the pineapple fountain at the main entrance of the hospital; next-door to the International Patient Services Office.
- South Miami Hospital: at the west end of the main entrance lobby.
- Outdoor Exercise Track
Take advantage of our outdoor community exercise track to clear your mind and exercise while enjoying the serenity of our lakes and great nature view. Located at Baptist Hospital.
- Mail Services
On-site full-service mailroom to assist with all your mailing needs. Conveniently located at both Baptist and South Miami Hospitals.
- Bus Shuttle
On-campus bus shuttle service between buildings. Golf cart transportation is also available from the parking garage to the main building at South Miami Hospital.
- Security Escorts
For your convenience, after-hour security escorts are available on both campuses.
- Dining
While visiting us, let us offer you a discount on your meals at one of the following on-site dining areas:
- Cafeteria: Discounts may be offered to our guests with their international premier card at our popular cafeterias at both Baptist and South Miami Hospitals. Starbucks is located in the main entrance of Baptist Hospital.
- Dry Cleaning Services
Take advantage of our on-site dry cleaning, laundry and shoe repair service at either Baptist or South Miami Hospital.
- Vanity Cleaners: Located inside Baptist Hospital on the first floor, west entrance. Business hours are Mondays and Thursdays 6:30 a.m.-11 a.m.; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 2 p.m.-6 p.m. For questions, call 786-596-1960, Ext.4888.
- Big Apple Cleaners: Located inside the South Miami Hospital garage, first floor. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 7-10 a.m. and 2:30-6 p.m.
