What is a podcast and what is podcasting?
Podcasting is a way to receive audio files, called podcasts, over the Internet. Podcasts are radio shows or other audio programs available for download over the Internet. Baptist Health offers podcast feeds that you can subscribe to for free. These feeds deliver audio broadcasts to your desktop. You can listen to these files directly from your computer, or load them on your MP3 player and take them with you.

What is a vodcast?
A vodcast is a video program available to download on your PC or iPod, or similar device. Baptist Health will have vodcasts available soon on this page. For now, you can download videos of select medical procedures or conditions below in our Videos section.

How do I start?
You can hear the podcasts below without using podcasting software. However, the podcasting software will automatically check for updates and download the files to your computer so you can load them onto your MP3 player.  Podcasting software can be downloaded for free.  Once you download and install the software, you can subscribe to one of the Baptist podcast feeds.
