Senior Services offers programs for people over age 55.
Becoming a Senior involves exploring a new phase in life. It is time to plan for new challenges, it is time to do all of those things that you always wanted to do, living a healthier life, exercising, volunteering, learning new things or becoming involved in the community, says Diana Román-Bisson, Manager of Community Health. Senior Services include senior exercise programs, health seminars, Senior Dining Club, volunteer opportunities, support groups, AARP classes and (SHINE) Medicare counseling with the Alliance for Aging. All services and programs are aimed at keeping seniors healthy and active. These programs are offered at several convenient locations.
