Patient Satisfaction: How Baptist Health Measures Up
The federal government recently released its first-ever study of patient satisfaction of hospitals in the United States. It depicts the percentage of patients who rated their hospital 9 or 10 (on a scale of 10). These two graphs show how Baptist Health hospitals compare to other hospitals in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties, and how they rate compared to nationally-recognized hospitals. Read more on Quality/Patient Safety.
