Position
  Manager, RN Retention
Location:   Park Place
Department:   Human Resources
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   Valid FL RN License, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Business or a related area of specialty required. At least 5-7 years of recent inpatient experience as a direct patient care RN; Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical proficiency. Strong interpersonal, counseling and coaching skills. Ability to work independently and in team environment on projects/assignments. Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and sense of ownership for work. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Programs.
