Position
  Supv QRT Systems
Location:   Corporate Offices Red Road
Department:   IT Systems/QRT/Development
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   BS/BA with 4 or more years experience, AA degree and 7 or more years experience, or equivalent combination of relevant IT experience. Supervisory experience in a large Network/System environment required. Advanced knowledge of Help Desk support and hardware break-fix processes. Advanced design, installation and support experience with Infrastructure Management Systems (IMS). In depth knowledge of network protocols and interfaces i.e. ATM, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, Ethernet, FDDI, RS232, DNS/DDNS/DHCP, VPN/Firewall. Advanced knowledge of network and system management, multi-protocol troubleshooting, optimization for performance and security. Advanced knowledge of the following desktop and server operating systems: UNIX, NetWare, WinNT, Win2K, WinXP, DOS, and Win95. Advanced knowledge of desktop, laptop, and server hardware. Working knowledge of printer and scanner hardware. Ability to supervise a cross-functional team of engineers to respond to daily operational issues and provide high-quality resolutions timely. Ability to act as a project leader/team member on medium to large-scale projects and implementation of these projects. Knowledge of Health Care environment and business processes is desirable. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Strong documentation and inventory skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent customer and interpersonal skills. Excellent conflict management skills. Team player attitude. Ability to follow directions from senior management staff.
