  Sr. Talent Management Consultant
Location:   Park Place
Department:   Organizational Learning
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development; Master's preferred. A minimum of five years of working in leadership, organizational strategy or professional development. Needs to possess strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills as well as having strategic agility and analytical skills. Experience working in a matrix organization is highly desirable. Certification in assessment tools such as PDI or Lominger Architect is preferred. Travel with-in Dade and Broward Counties is required.
