Position
  HR Site Specialist
Location:   Baptist Hospital
Department:   Human Resources-On Site-BHM
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources management or related field preferred. SPHR, PHR certification preferred. Minimum of two to four years direct HR experience preferred. Health care experience desired. Strong communication skills, both written documentation and oral presentation. Must pass intermediate Excel and Word. Must be a team player who can work with in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
