  Dir Human Resources
Location:   Park Place
Department:   Human Resources-On Site-BHE
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources related field. Master's degree preferred. SHRM PHR or SPHR preferred. Five to ten years HR related experience with at least two years in management role required. Employee relations experience required. Experience with a multi site human resources function preferably in healthcare desired. A strong talent management background required.
