  Mgr Care Management
Location:   Baptist Hospital
Department:   Social Work
Pay Rate:   Commensurate with experience
Description:   Master's Degree in a Healthcare related field required. Certification in Case Management. Experience in Hospital Case Management Leadership, Discharge Planning and Utilization Management, with knowledge of all related regulatory requirements, PI tools and methodologies required. Energetic, collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills desired.
