Baby's First Year: A Stress Management Group for New Moms
New moms and their babies attend sessions together. Supportive sharing is fostered among the mothers. Interactions to facilitate mother-baby bonding are encouraged. Child development education is provided. Victor E. Clarke Center for Health Education, room varies, South Miami Hospital; 10-11:30 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month.
