Promoting From Within
Job opportunities at Baptist Health often are best filled by current employees with proven abilities and a firsthand understanding of the organization. Internal transfers provide employees who perform well with continuous opportunities for career advancement. Baptist Health managers are committed to considering internal candidates for all vacancies and to promote current employees, provided they possess the qualifications, experience and abilities to do the job.
The Baptist Learning Network
Coordinated by the department of Organizational Learning, the Baptist Learning Network offers continuing education conferences and in-service programs to employees. Many are free. You can find details on these programs in the Baptist Learning Network Course Catalog, a semi-annual publication that is available in hard copy and posted on the intranet.
The Baptist Health Career Center
