RN Refresher Program

Baptist Health’s 3-month program is designed to refresh and enhance returning nurses’  assessment, technological and psychomotor skills following a hiatus from the profession. Additional teaching centers around organizational culture that encompasses quality care and patient safety.

This Fall's program includes classroom lectures, precepted clinical time, mentoring and a peer group support meetings.
