At Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute, we treat the cardiovascular system as a whole. Our team of cardiologists, radiologists, vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals collaborate to individualize patient care. Our physicians, work side-by-side, reviewing cases, talking to each other and discussing ideas.
Founded in 1987, Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute was one of the first places in the United States to bring together the perspectives of several healthcare specialties to treat cardiovascular heart disease and other problems within the heart and blood vessels. Now that this approach is being adopted nationwide, the Institute maintains its extraordinary position in heart disease treatment and cardiovascular medicine with innovative techniques, new technologies, advanced research and an international focus.

Resources for Hospital Data
Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) makes available data on hospital prices and performance on their Internet website at http://www.floridahealthstat.com. The data on hospital prices and performance are based on a compilation of charges for the average patient. A patient's bill may vary from the average shown, depending upon the severity of illness and individual care needs.
Baptist Health is committed to quality healthcare and patient safety, participating in a variety of state and national initiatives.
