You've been scheduled for a diagnostic test. Do you know what procedures you should be following in preparation for your visit? Once you've been scheduled for your appointment, read the appropriate
instructions.
Outpatient Surgery
We want to do everything possible to ensure that your surgical experience is a positive one. We will call you a few days prior to your surgery for the following necessary information: medical history, pertinent test results and billing information. Please plan to spend several minutes providing us with this information when we call. If you are not contacted within two days before your surgery, please call us at 786-596-2800.
